MEDICAL TEAMS INTERNATIONAL
JOINS NCOMPASS AND HAIR M IN HELPING HOMELESS

“Christmas Festival for the Homeless” was held under the west side of the Morrison Bridge from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, December 20, 2009.  Medical Teams International had a dental van there to provide dental care for the homeless with emergency dental needs.

The event was organized by NCompass, students from Oregon State University, who feed the homeless once a month in Portland.  NCompass provided meals, Medical Teams International offered dental service and Hair M provided free haircuts.

Medical Teams Internationals’ Mobile Dental Program has provided care for more than 155,000 people in the past 20 years.
